Simcha Rotman is an MK for the Religious Zionist party. He chairs the Knesset’s Constitution, Law, and Justice Committee. Rotman previously founded the Movement for Governability and Democracy to fight against judicial activism and for separation of powers. He is the author of Supreme Rulers: How Israel Became a Legalocracy. He holds an LLM in the joint program between Northwestern and Tel Aviv University and an LLB from Bar-Ilan University.
