Joshua Teitelbaum is Professor at Bar-Ilan University and visiting scholar at Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation. There he was visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution and visiting associate professor in the Department of Political Science and visiting scholar at the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law.
