Eli Groner is an investor, advisor and board member, who is actively involved in the Israeli technology ecosystem. He also is the former Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office, where he oversaw Israel’s entire government bureaucracy and was responsible for much of the government’s economic policy. He led Israel’s internationally acclaimed deregulation reforms, developed the national digital health plan, and was instrumental in building the national cybersecurity bureau.
