Dr. Ebtesam al-Ketbi is founder and president of the Emirates Policy Center. She is professor at the United Arab Emirates University and was appointed consultative commission member of the GCC. In 2018, she made the ‘50 Most Influential Women’ list in the Arab world. She is advisor to the Global Commission for Post-Pandemic Policy and on the board of directors of AGSIW.
