Dov Zigler is a financial markets economist in Scotiabank’s Global Banking and Markets group. Before joining Scotiabank, he was an associate at a Canadian fund management company. Mr. Zigler held a teaching fellowship at McGill University in the department of North American studies and a research fellowship at the Shalem Center. Mr. Zigler was also an analyst at the Canadian Department of National Defense. He holds an M.A. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University, and a B.E.I. certificate from Sciences-Po in Paris. He was an Asper Fellow at the Hebrew University, and he is the vice chairman of the Montreal Bach Festival.
