Senior director at the Paul E. Singer Foundation and a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. Previously served as foreign policy advisor and legislative director to Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas. A former U.S. Marine, he spent seven years on active duty, including a deployment to Afghanistan as an infantry officer in 2009–2010. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s College, Annapolis, and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
